Product Introduction

The product is a self-cross linking and self-thickening acrylate multi-copolymer with excellent hand feel softness and fastness to dry & wet rubbing.It is applicable to garment fabrics, electrostatic flocking cloth, polyester decorative cloth and local flocking etc.

Application Method

 

Adhesive    100 parts      cross-linking agent    3-5 partsCatalyst     0-1 parts       ammonia water      1-3 partsFlocking process (for reference)Scraping (25 dmm sizing thickness) → pre-heating electrostatic flocking 2-3 min (100-120

°C) → heating (145°C-160°C) 3-5 min → after finishing (applying softening agent)→ drying → finished product.

 

Package and Storage

 

 

The products are kept in 50 kg or 150 kg plastic drums.The products are stored in ventilated and dry storehouse, avoiding direct sunshine. The temperature for transportation and storage of the product is 5-35°C. The shelf life of the product is 6 months.
